Long – term effects of Alcohol/మద్యం  తీసుకోవడం వలన దీర్ఘకాలిక ప్రభావాలుBinge drinking and continued alcohol use in large amounts are associated with many health problems, including / అతిగా మద్యపానం మరియు అధిక మొత్తంలో మద్యపానాన్ని తీసుకోవడం కొనసాగించడం అనేక ఆరోగ్య సమస్యలతో ముడిపడి ఉంటుంది, దీని వలన  జరిగే దుష్ప్రభావాలు.

Unintentional injuries such as car crash, falls, burns drowning / అనుకోకుండా కారు ఢీకొట్టడం, పడిపోవడం, కాలిన గాయాలు, నీళ్ళలో మునిగిపోవడం వంటి అనుకోకుండా జరిగే గాయాలు మరియు పరిణామాలు

Alcohol interferes with the brain’s communication pathways and can affect the way the brain looks and works. These disruptions can change mood and behavior and make it harder to think clearly and with coordination మద్యం  సేవించడం  వలన మెదడు కి సమాచారం  అందించె మార్గాల మీద ప్రభావం పడుతుంది మరియు మెదడు  పనిచేసే విధానాన్ని ప్రభావితం చేస్తుంది. ఈ అంతరాయాలు మానసిక స్థితి మరియు ప్రవర్తనను మార్చగలవు మరియు స్పష్టంగా సమన్వయంతో ఆలోచించడం కష్టతరం చేస్తాయి.

Heart/గుండె Drinking a lot over along time or too much on a single occasion can damage the heart, causing problems including / ఒకే సందర్భంలో ఎక్కువ సమయం లేదా అతిగా తాగడం వలన  గుండే  సమస్యలు  వస్తాయి అంతే కాకుండా :

Stroke/ గుండె పోటు High blood pressure / అధిక రక్త పోటుResearch also shows that drinking moderate amounts of alcohol may protect healthy adults from developing coronary heart diseases / మితముగా మద్యం సేవించడం  వలన ఆరోగ్యకరమైన వాళ్ళని గుండె పోటు నుండి  తప్పించ వచ్చు అని పరిశోధన ల వలన  తెలిసింది

Liver  / కాలేయం

Heavy drinking takes a toll on the liver and can lead to a variety of problems and liver inflammations including / విపరీతమైన మద్యపానం కాలేయంపై ప్రభావం చూపుతుంది మరియు అనేక రకాల సమస్యలకు మరియు  కాలేయ  వాపుకి దారితీస్తుంది మరియి:Steatosis or fatty liver / కాలేయ  కొవ్వు వ్యాధి Alcoholic hepatitis / కాలేయ కామెర్లు Fibrosis / Cirrohsis / కాలేయ  సిర్రోసిస్ / కాలేయ వ్యాధి

Pancreas / క్లోమము:

Alcohol causes the pancreas to produce toxic substances that can eventually lead to pancreatitis a dangerous inflammation and swelling of the blood vessels in the pancreas that prevents proper digestion / మద్యం సేవించడం వలన పాంక్రియాస్ విషపూరిత పదార్థాలను ఉత్పత్తి చేస్తుంది చివరికి ప్యాంక్రియాటైటిస్ ప్రమాదకరమైన మంట మరియు రక్తనాళాల వాపుకు దారి తీస్తుంది మరియు జీర్ణక్రియను నిరోధిస్తుంది

Cancer / కాన్సర్:

Drinking too much alcohol can increase your risk of developing certain cancers, including cancers of the / ఎక్కువ మద్యం తాగడం వల్ల కొన్ని రకాల క్యాన్సర్‌లు వచ్చే ప్రమాదం పెరుగుతుంది, మరియు  వివిధ రకాలైన క్యాన్సర్‌లు:

Drinking too much can weaken your immune system, making your body a much easier target for diseases. Chronic drinkers are more liable to contract diseases like pneumonia and tuberculosis than people who do not drink too much. Drinking a lot on single occasion slows your body’s ability to ward off infections – even up to 24 hours after getting drunk./

మద్యం ఎక్కువగా తాగడం వలన రోగ నిరోధక శక్తి తగ్గుతుంది , మీ శరీరాన్ని వ్యాధులకు చాలా సులభమైన లక్ష్యంగా చేస్తుంది. దీర్ఘకాలిక మద్యపానం చేసేవారి లో క్షయ వ్యాధి  మరియు న్యుమోనియా వచ్చే అవకాశాలు తక్కువగా  మద్యం త్రాగే వారి తో  పోలిస్తే  ఎక్కువగా  వస్తాయి. ఒకే సందర్భంలో ఎక్కువగా తాగడం వలన మీ శరీరం సామర్థ్యం మరియు అంటువ్యాధులను నివారించే సామర్థ్యం తగ్గిస్తుంది. తాగిన తర్వాత 24 గంటల వరకు కూడా ఈ  ప్రభావం  వుంటుంది.
